ECPAT-USA Joins With Other NGOs Urging The Passage Of The EARN-IT Act Without Amendments

ECPAT-USA joined with six other non-profits to call for Senate Judiciary Committee to pass the EARN IT Act without amendment OLL20673. The amendment proposed by Senator Lee would create barriers for child victims of online exploitation who seek to bring claims under state law against offending online platforms. As an organization committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation, ECPAT-USA asks that the voices and needs of our nation's most vulnerable victims are prioritized.
