Lori L. Cohen

Chief Executive Officer

Lori Cohen joined PACT in November 2019 after founding and leading a legal services program that assisted survivors of international and domestic sex trafficking and related forms of gender-based violence. In addition to supervising a coordinated legal, clinical, and case management team to provide comprehensive care, Lori engaged pro bono attorneys from New York’s leading law firms, law students, and volunteers; and coordinated with city, state, and federal law enforcement, domestic violence shelters, and social service providers.

Lori has garnered international recognition for her work and has drawn upon her experience representing victims to advocate for anti-trafficking policy on federal, state, and local levels. She has conducted trainings in the U.S. and abroad for attorneys, prosecutors, judges, health care professionals, and private industry leaders and taught at Yale University and the University of Michigan Law School.
