Cécile Kirwan

Senior Director of Communications

Cécile Kirwan is a passionate individual when it comes to protecting children and ensuring their well-being. Born and raised in France, she pursued her education in communications across several countries including Australia, Canada, and Switzerland. Early on in her career, she worked with global clients in advertising agencies, where she managed digital and print brand campaigns. For the past decade, Cécile led the global communications team at Switzerland's largest child rights organization, boosting its reputation as an expert in child protection amongst the general public and the media. Driven by her ambition to champion children’s rights at a higher level, Cécile completed a master’s degree in children’s rights from the University of Geneva, with a focus on school-based programs for the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Cécile joined PACT in December 2022, and in addition to serving as the Senior Director of Communications, she is a member of the Leadership Team.
