NYC Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence Sends Message of Support for Survivor Solidarity Ride

ECPAT-USA’s 5 Boro Survivor Solidarity Ride is proud to have received a message of support from Commissioner Cecile Noel of the NYC Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (ENDGBV). “I’m proud to support ECPAT-USA’s 5 Boro Survivor Solidarity Ride,” Commissioner Noel says in the video. “ Human trafficking, especially child trafficking, can be a difficult topic to speak about and hear about. The exploitation, the manipulation, and often the violence makes us want to look the other way and not think about it. But I want to remind you human trafficking is happening, and it’s affecting communities around the world, including many here in New York City.”
